Helping women make powerful connections with North Highland [Video]

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) – Putting yourself out there, attending networking events or even just asking for help can be daunting for many women. That is why we need ‘power connectors’ in our community.

And today two of them joined us in the studio to celebrate Women’s History Month and share some valuable tips on how to initiate, foster and maintain meaningful connections.

Rochelle Rivas, the head of industry development and one of the managing directors, and Lia Keels, an industry leader and managing director at North Highland, have made it their mission to facilitate meaningful collaborations and opportunities among female leaders.

According to Keels, the first step is to recognize the need for a connection, which can be challenging as many women are hesitant to ask for help.
