Femtors: BPD’s female mentorship and empowerment program [Video]

Femtors is a female mentorship program based at the Baltimore Police Department. Mentees will be matched with mentors across the agency, both sworn and professional, to learn more about how they can overcome their personal and professional obstacles.

The Equity Office is leading this effort as part of the 30×30 Initiative to engage female staff members in the Department and offer encouragement, authenticity and transparency in overcoming the challenges and celebrating achievements of female leaders in law enforcement.
