We’re either the driver of our bus (i.e. our business & life) or a passenger. As we go through life we often change seats. Sometimes, we assume the driver’s seat. We take full responsibility for our results. We act.

Other times – we often take the passenger’s seat. We unconsciously assume victim mentality. We let go of personal responsibility. We wait. We procrastinate. We blame.

Adopting victim mentality is easy. Sometimes we’re doing so even without knowing it. It’s simply easier to excuse the lack of our success, rather than say, “It’s me. It’s always me. Other people and circumstances are merely a reflection of MY consciousness. And I CAN do something about it.”
There’s one thing that sucks about the passenger’s seat. The moment we complain/wait/blame/hope etc. is the same moment we are letting go of the tremendous power we all have to alter ANY situation.

Yes, including the lack of clients. Including the balance on our bank account. Any situation. Assuming 100% responsibility is the magic ingredient that all successful women entrepreneurs are super familiar with.

And let me tell you – while everyone likes to think they do accept responsibility for their success, only very few women actually do so:

She says, “I’m 100% committed to my success.” And yet, she’s waiting for more money or better circumstances to make that one bold decision that will move her business forward.
She says, “I WILL make it happen.” And yet, she lets her doubts and fears control her action (and inaction).

She says, “I’m making my success non-negotiable.” And the next minute she complains about x, y, z.

I hope you’re not that woman. Please don’t be that woman. I’ve been there on a few occasions. Can’t stand that place anymore.

I believe that assuming 100% responsibility for our results is the moment a woman turns from “any woman” to a badass woman entrepreneur.

The moment she says to herself, “Screw my circumstances. Screw my fears. Screw my doubts. Screw every-bloody-excuse on the planet I’ve given myself to justify the lack of my success. I am creator of my reality!” These are the women stepping into my Mastermind.
