Is imposter syndrome keeping you from writing your book? Sis, your unique perspective – the way God taught you to SOLVE THAT PROBLEM – belongs in a book.
When I first left my 9-5 job and became a full-time author in 2016, everyone kept asking me to show them how I was making money with my daily devotionals. I kept drawing a sales funnel out on napkins to show people what I had done, but time and time again people kept asking me to write a book about it.
This was 2016, and at the time there were already some pretty big name guru’s teaching about sales funnels. I kept resisting and resisting – until one day, one of the women who purchased my daily devotional through a sales funnel asked me to teach her how to do the same thing with hers.
And I finally wrote the book.
That book went on to become my number 1 best seller here at Godlywood Girl, and it eventually became the foundation for how I would teach authors how to build sales funnels for their books in Godlywood Girl University.
To God be the glory.
It doesn’t matter if there’s already books written about your subject matter, sis. It doesn’t matter if there are people who know more than you about the topic. All that matters is that you use your book to teach people how to solve their problem the same way the Lord taught you to solve yours.
Your unique perspective matters.
And if you need help telling your story, come join me in Godlywood Girl University where I’ll teach you how to do it step-by-step. Apply now at GodlywoodGirlUniversity.com
