Nurturing Relationships which Multiply
Shared Value has been a term widely used but not always demonstrated in practice!
What does it take to cultivate meaningful mutually beneficial partnerships?
It starts with an intention and a WHY that is greater than generating business profits.
The purpose is more connected to the people impact and protection of our planet.
The mission is driven by innovation, sustainability, with a core focus on self-actuality.
The above encapsulates the passion & embodiment of our esteemed guest Ian Dommisse.
Guest bio:
Ian is an architect and a passionate landscape designer. His biggest project to date is the Angama Mara edible food experiential garden in Kenya, an integral design feature of the prestigious Luxury Safari Lodge.
Locally he designed the “Octopus Garden” at the V&A Waterfront, a great example of garden design led by permaculture principles.
He has also worked on numerous residential gardens where the client’s needs, architecture and site surrounds are at the heart of his design process.
The other ‘hat’ that he wears is the role of project manager of Grow-SA, an organization which formed during the pandemic to boost the green economy through skills and human development.
He gathers inspiration from nature and often finds beauty in plants and flowers that are often unnoticed.
