Mia is living every little kid’s dream.

The seven-year-old has been appointed as ‘director of play’ for a major developer, rating its best play areas across WA.

Mia’s office spans an extensive network of world-class parks and playgrounds and she takes her job very seriously.

“It’s a big job but as a girl-boss I’m ready for the challenge,” she said.

The primary school student has been set the task to make sure all Stockland’s swings, slides, see-saws and climbing frames meets her standards of fun.

“Who want’s to be taken to a boring park? Not me!” she said.

“Parks should have lots of different things to do because not all kids like the same stuff.

“Some kids love running, others like climbing or jumping, and some like building sandcastles or zooming down slides.

“It needs to have new and exciting equipment, like maybe a mystical butterfly garden or something.”
