Deputies in Kentucky caught a South Carolina fugitive on the run after failing to appear in court for child “torture.”(Video above: previous coverage)Forty-three-year-old Nathan Ginter was wanted by the Columbia Police Department for failure to appear in court with four counts of unlawful conduct towards a child. Despite failing to show up for court, Ginter was found guilty of “torturing” a child by means of waterboarding and the use of a taser, U.S. Marshals said.On Friday afternoon, several agencies responded after a reported sighting of Ginter and his female companion in Georgetown, Kentucky. According to the Georgetown Police Department, authorities went through a wooded area with the help of K-9 units, and a helicopter to search the area.
