In 1948, he co-founded the advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather, which evolved into one of the most successful and influential agencies globally. He believed in understanding consumer behavior and leveraging that insight to create persuasive and emotionally engaging messages. Ogilvy was ahead of his time in recognizing the significance of brand image and consistency, advocating that each advertisement should contribute to the brand’s overall perception.
