Lani assumed the CEO role at ONE in late June 2023. As a full-service solution provider, ONE offers its partners customized software solutions, tech-enabled marketing and sales products, programs and a global muti-lingual sales force, an online marketplace and global contact center servicing.

Prior to her role at ONE, Lani served as Executive Vice President and Chief Product and Development Officer for Marriott Vacations Worldwide (NYSE:VAC). In her global role at MVW, she was responsible for architecting growth and driving innovation through the development of new and reimagined club products, resorts, brands, experiences, and partnerships.
