Rosha Jones, an accomplished employment attorney with a proven track record in handling a wide range of labor and employment matters. From discrimination and harassment to wage-and-hour claims and trade-secret misappropriation, Rosha’s expertise spans individual, PAGA, and class-action cases in both state and federal courts. With a background in traditional labor law and preventative counseling, Rosha advises clients on harassment prevention, reasonable accommodations, and key employment law issues. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she received prestigious American Jurisprudence Awards and Prosser Prizes. She is a recognized legal leader, having been selected as one of Super Lawyers Magazine’s Top Women Attorneys in Northern California and receiving the Trailblazer Award from the Iranian American Bar Association.
