Women in Business is a student-led club at IESE Business School which advocates for an inclusive working environment, enabling women and men to thrive in their careers, through building healthy communication and empowering women in leadership.

The 2024 Annual conference, The Path From Vulnerability To Voice, is the 9th edition of the club’s primary annual event and was held at IESE Business School in Barcelona, bringing together students, IESE faculty, and business networks for a full day of inspiring sessions. 400 women and men from all over the world gathered to network, empower, and build a strong community to fulfil the vision.
