4 Tips for your AirBnb Business | [Video]

4 Tips for your AirBnb Business | #mlonicar

Last week my family stayed in #Riverside for a week for their homecoming. We stayed in a nice airbnb. The place was an old detached garage converted into a studio apartment that had its own private backyard with a hammock, fire pit, and chairs.

This reminded me of my experience hosting AirBnb. If you’re thinking about buying property to use for AirBnb, here are a few tips!

✅ Buy near a travel destination, where many people go. This will give you a large number of potential customers.
✅Buy a duplex (2 houses under 1 roof), or convert a garage. Why? For me, it wasn’t fun sharing my personal space with random strangers. Having that separation gives your privacy.
✅Research and hire special AirBnb managers who will handle bookings and cleanings for you. This can become a burden when your AirBnb gets busy.
✅Research your local laws about AirBnb as many have required licenses. The downside is that some counties have required sharing revenues. Research first before diving in.
